The business purpose of MORAplast s.r.o. is the production of technical parts and mouldings made of expanded polystyrene (EPS) and expanded polypropylene (EPP).
Packaging and technical parts from EPP
Transport boxes (Dunnage trays)
We provide our customers with the design and construction of various types of EPP boxes and trays. The design is made according to the packed device and therefore the packaging can ensure an excellent fixation and placing. Boxes from the EPP are firm and with the standard handling last up to 1 project life cycle (7 years) in the automotive industry. The EPP material eliminates e.g. scratching of the painted surfaces, damaging of electronical parts or lights. EPP box is a returnable packaging.
One-way packaging
Today's new products usually contain very sensitive parts, which can be very hard to protect from any damages. As in the most cases the packaging from EPS is sufficient for such products, packaging from EPP offers higher protection and loading limit.
Technical parts
Automotive industry is a very specific branch with a high demand on quality and precision. Due to the outstanding properties, the parts from EPP produced for this industry fulfill not only these requirements, but much more. Technical parts from EPP are made in different shapes and sizes. They have an excellent energy absorbance and improve the acoustic inside a car. The most known are e.g. energy absorbers for bumpers, door pads, crash pads or toolboxes.
NovaplexTM
NOVAplexTM is a registered trademark for chassis systems based on the patented E-PAC Concept. This was developed and brought to series production readiness jointly RUCH NOVAPLAST with Hewlett-Packard. In this concept, moulded components of expanded polypropylene replace the conventional inner casing structures of sheet metal. The parts of the device are held in place purely by form fit - without connection accessories.
